Nestled on Quadra Island, Quadra Bike School (QBS) has been fostering a passion for bicycle mechanics since 2011 under the expert guidance of Smokey Dymny. Despite its reputable presence and steady website traffic, QBS faced significant challenges, including high visitor bounce rates and low registration conversions due to a cluttered and confusing website.

Recognizing the need for improvement, Smokey collaborated with JSDCo to reimagine his digital platform. Our journey began with a comprehensive content audit, focusing on the needs of potential students. By simplifying the user journey and breaking content into easily scannable sections with a clear typographic hierarchy, we aimed to create a more accessible and engaging experience.

Transitioning to the user-friendly Squarespace platform was a pivotal step, enabling Smokey to manage the site easily while improving the design and navigation. The results have been inspiring. The new website not only reduced bounce rates but also transformed into an effective enrollment tool, reflecting the quality of QBS's training.
